Effective 15 October 2026

In short: Boardcall runs on your own computer. Ruben Vis does not collect, see, or store anything you put in. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. When you buy it, we only get what we need to deliver it.

What stays on your computer

You can delete any of it at any time by deleting the files.

What leaves your computer, and only when you use it

When you buy Boardcall

Payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and processes your name, email address, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. Ruben Vis receives your name, email address and order details, and uses them only to deliver Boardcall, send you updates to it, help you when you ask, and keep the records Dutch tax law requires (7 years). We never sell or share them for marketing.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
