The problem
Raise prices? Hire? Quit the job? Start the second business? The people around you can't give you a real answer, and the people who could are out of reach.
They love you, so they say it sounds great. Kindness feels good and tells you nothing.
No real pushback
Ask one AI and you get one polite answer that leans toward what you already think.
One voice, no debate
Mentors, masterminds and advisory boards cost thousands a year, and they're never free the night you need them.
Not there when it counts
How it works
A board meeting in three rounds, run by a Chair who never takes a side. About ten minutes from question to verdict.
Type what you're stuck on, your options and a few numbers. Pick your business, and paste a link if there's a page to judge.
Every advisor gives an opening position, then they push back on each other, then they vote on the Chair's proposal. Click anyone to cut in.
GO, RESHAPE, WAIT or DON'T, with scores per option, the arguments that won, the strongest objection, and dated next steps.
A real council
This is what came out of one real council with all seventeen advisors, shortened but not rewritten.
The options

The verdict
GO WITH CONDITIONSPick A, run inside D. Keep your income and sell one skill you already have as a fixed-scope, fixed-price service. Goal: 1 paying client by day 45, 3 by day 90.
Hormozi: a $500 service brings in cash within about two weeks. A $30 product needs about 50 buyers to match one client.
Bezos: a product built before anyone has paid is a guess.
Buffett: keep the paycheck and 3 months of savings untouched, and the worst case costs a few hundred dollars.Advisor lines are simulated from public work, not said by the real people.

Your co-founder or partner sits next to you on the call, asks questions too, and sums up every round in plain words.
Paste a link to your funnel or site. The advisors read it and judge what's actually there.

FAQ
No. Each advisor is an AI simulation built from that person's public work, so it reasons the way they teach in public. They are not the real people, have not endorsed Boardcall, and their lines are not real quotes unless marked with a source.
One chatbot gives you one answer, and it tends to agree with you. Boardcall gives you seventeen positions from seventeen angles, makes them argue in rounds, checks quotes against sources, and scores every option. If the whole room agrees too fast, the Chair makes them attack the strongest alternative.
A Mac, Google Chrome, and Claude Code signed in to a Claude plan. Boardcall walks you through the rest on first launch, and you can email for help.
It runs on your own Claude plan, so there's no separate bill from us. A full council with all seventeen advisors uses a fair share of your plan's limits. Quick mode uses four advisors and much less.
About ten minutes for a full council. You watch it live, and you can interrupt any advisor while it runs.
Yes. Put your Anthropic API key in the settings and Boardcall runs on that instead.
No. Boardcall is a thinking tool. It helps you see a decision from seventeen angles, but you decide, and you should get professional advice where it matters.
Your next big call deserves more than a gut feeling at 11 pm.
